All of the services we offer are based on the requirements of the trade unions for safety-relevant work equipment with which your employees may come into direct contact. Highly qualified, specially trained, and certified inspection technicians perform inspections according to the applicable DIN and EN standards, according to the newest standards, and using ultra-modern and up-to-date measuring methods and instruments.

The employer must ensure that load handling equipment is visually inspected by an expert at intervals no longer than one year. Round link chains that are used as lifting equipment also need to be subjected to a special inspection to ensure they are free of cracks at least every three years. We perform these inspections using a non-destructive magnetic particle inspection according to DIN EN 473. For this purpose, our inspection technicians have completed special certified training seminars and repeat this training at regular intervals.

The employer must ensure that equipment, including the support construction and cable tackles, are inspected at least once per year by an expert. Furthermore, the employer must have them inspected by an expert during this time if necessary depending on the usage and operating conditions.

In terms of the PPE, employers must ensure that an inspection is performed on it at least once per year by an expert and also need to have it inspected by an expert during this time if necessary depending on the usage and operating conditions. For BGG 906, it is also necessary to have PPE subjected to stresses due to a fall removed from use until an expert has granted permission to continue using it.
